Quality Assurance. Throughout the development process, we ensure the quality of your product by finding and fixing bugs before it goes live. For bug reporting and progress monitoring, we use a variety of services. Namely, Jira, Trello, BaseCamp, Notion, Monday, GitLab, etc. The process and services used are agreed upon before the start of the project.
Client Feedback. The staging environment is created to demonstrate the product to the client, and ensure continuous feedback opportunities. The content is provided by the client, to ensure full compliance of the website to the product.
Post-launch Support. After your product has launched, we continue to provide support and fix any further issues that might occur based on a separate agreement.
